Our third annual Holly’s Hope for a Cure, Inc. Charity Golf Outing, Dinner and Auction
will be held on Friday, August 13, 2010, at Randall Oaks Golf Club & Banquets in
West Dundee, Illinois. Holly’s Hope for a Cure, Inc. is an Illinois Not-for-Profit
Corporation that was established in 2007 following the death of an amazing young
woman, Holly Feetterer to ovarian cancer.

Holly’s Hope for a Cure, Inc. has enjoyed great success thanks to generous supporters
like you. We would like to invite you to participate in this year’s event in the following ways:

Make a donation for our silent or live auction! Donations can be in the form of merchandise, certificates, or services. Please confirm your donation by completing the 2010 Silent Auction Donation Form.
